We take care to insure that your parcel will reach you in good order. Please inspect your parcel upon delivery for any physical damages that might have occurred during transit. In the event that your parcel is damaged upon delivery, please reach us at email@example.com with your order details within 24 hours after delivery. We will require you to provide proof of damaged goods by means of photos in our communication to you. Upon our inspection and approval, we will exchange your product. Should the product not be available anymore, the value of the damaged item/s will be credited to your account in form of a store voucher that can be used towards a future purchase. The golden rule is not to sign for any damaged parcels upon delivery.
We do not accept returns for items that were supplied correctly and without defect. It is the responsibility of the client to ensure that the correct product is purchased before checkout.
